Day 155, Day 106 flowering, Day 95 since first sign of white pistils

I harvested my plant today due to fact it was 50% amber and the buds felt really dry like they where dying all leaves were dying also and smells like grass/hay more than ever...also my calyxes seem to look smaller...I'm not sure what caused this but I my plant looked and felt different from 3-4 day ago...well I cut down, trimmed and hung up to dry...wonder if my harvest went to crap
