Hi, this is my first grow and am just wondering If she looks healthy, or any other opinions on how she looks so far. She's 8 days old from planting in high quality potting soil

to GG 101...She looks healthy but...I can tell by the dimpling of the plump little leaves that it's over watered or there's no holes in the bottom...it needs to completely dry out so it's roots can grow in search of water...my cups/pots feel empty before I water/feed

Yes, make sure there are holes in the bottom of your cup.
