1st time grow box

So I finally found a seed that germinated and it's been 40 days since it started popping out of the soil. My motive is to keep the plant small, so I did some LST and topped it on day 40, this post is in day 41. My question is, should I flip it to flower now? Here are some pictures of it.

A look at my whole setup. This grow is just an experiment. All I expect is at least 10-20 grams from this, if possible.

This is the latest, it's in 12/12 cycle for about a month

It's kept to 12/12 cycle for about a month,yet I don't see any flowers popping,even the slightest hint. All it's doing is growing bushy

I have another pair of lights hooked up to this system that i kept off all this time. Will turn that on. I did a lot of defoliation right now, so that it is easier to train. Leaving just the tops, and leaves till the 2nd node below the tops.

The whole system is made out of hard foam material, and this box is kept in my room. When the lights are turned off in the grow box, often my room lights are on (not so bright light). Is the room light interfering my light cycle?

That could be so. Try covering the box with a blanket, leaving the vents exposed for airflow.

They do not like stray light when they are trying to sleep. I do not either.
