1st time growing plants 21 day old from seed seem very short and really bushy

hi this is my first grow and first time in a forum lol I'm using a maxspect r420r 300watt led light about a foot from the top of the plants and the temps are between 26/28 when lights are on and 19/21 when lights are off humidity about 60% on a 18/6 light cycle I have 3 plant 1 auto lemon which is only 4 inch tall with massive leaf growth is that a normal size for the age and I have a widow same age and is not a auto 3 inch tall but the leaves are very short and dense and I have a northern lights which is 17 days old from seed not a auto it's 2.5 inch tall with good leaf growth but just seems very short for the amount of leaves on it I'm just worried whether this is normal height and leaf growth I would add pics but don't know how lol

look ok , have to remember they are building a root ball also , led light keep the plants nice and low , give them time

Yeah at least there sturdy will the light still get to the bottom of the stork on the widow there's loads of little leafs growing out the side of it
