There is a lot involved answering that question.
I cut the branches and trim them right away.
I hang those branches for up to 10 days in a controlled environment slowly bringing the rh down to the high 60's.
Then I cut buds off and jar them, burping 2x a day for a week then once a day for upto 3 weeks depending on cure & rh.
If the white pistils are gone and she has stopped draining her pot then it's time.

Well I guess they aren't ready since I see fresh blonde pistils still popping.

The harvest info helps a lot. Once you chop top flowers do you let plant get light to lower flowers for a few days or just chop all? Everything else is looking cloudy

How is her nutrient uptake.
Has she slowed down draining her pot yet?
A sure sign flowering has come to an end.
If she is still throwing fresh pistils that could be considered foxtailing.
This makes checking pistils difficult as new ones will be white.
She is definitely close though.

Taking in all the knowledge you share. Now that foxtailing makes a lot of sense.
Draining seems slow but I feed a gallon per plant.
Larry's lemon og is ready and will cut top flowers today.
Gorilla x white widow is really cloudy with the foxtailing.

Oh yeah I forgot.
You asked about a partial harvest.
It's common for people to take the tops when ready and give the lowers a few days more light.
I personally wait until the plant has finished and chop the entire girl at once.
It's entirely a preference thing.
If that's what you prefer to do.
You will get a good harvest either way.
