2000W Cool Tube reflector grow set-up

Hello all.

Currently designing my first legal medicinal grow room. Could use help figuring out the design of my veg/flower room from any and all who know what they're talking about.

I have an empty (now fully insulated) room. 11'L 5'6W 7'6H.

Purchased the following:

-two 1000W 6" Cool Tubes with reflector
-8" 770cfm inline fan w/scrubber/speed controller
-4" 240cfm Can Fan w/speed controller (accidentally purchased and then realized I needed more CFM)
-100ft of poly lining
-General Hydroponics performance pack nutes
-15gal Smart Potsx10
-3gal Smart Potsx10
- ALL FEM GSC, Alcupulco Gold, Lemon Kush, 00 Kush

Still need to purchase growing medium, and I need to figure out my method of watering.
I also need to determine my final design with the room. I don't know whether I should seperate the room somehow so that I have a veg and flower room for perpetual grows, or if I should do something else. Let me know your opinion!

I have put lots of man-hours into this room, Cleaning, building the raised insulated floor and insulating all walls. I've got lots of duct work and supplies ready to go.

Without knowing where the door is, sounds like you have plenty of room for a veg/cloning area, very useful and not just for perpetual. With 1k lights you would want an area with less light for seedlings, clones, moms ect.

Just realized that options are limited for growing mediums in Canada. Any fellow canadians ever try coco coir or have any other suggestions for mediums? I'll have good compost in 6 months time
