215 Product Question

I have recently been working on a new product to sell at MMJ dispensaries here in California, and elsewhere if it is successful.

Having never done business besides farm labor for the Medical Marijuana industry, I have a few legal questions about selling products to dispensaries.

Maybe this is a stupid question. I know dispensaries pay taxes, but are they paying my taxes for my product as well? I know it can be "tax free" for some people but I want to be as legal as possible and definitely want nothing to do with avoiding taxes and the penalties for that.

How do I go about paying taxes for the product I am selling?

Is there anything else I should know before I walk into the first dispensary on my list to advertise my new product?

Go to the California State Board of Equalization and apply for a Business License and Seller's Permit.

Spend the extra coins and do it right/legally with the proper MMJ experienced attorney.
