240V light timers

does any body have any experience with light timer options when it comes to 240 volt lights...

alot of the plug in timers seem un reliable..

i can hardwire a light timer... but im having a hard time finding one online. I only have two (2) 240 volt lights.
and plenty of other 120v outlets for fans and stuff

Try using a 120V timer to drive a relay controlling the lights. You can put a wall wart on the timer if you need a lower voltage to control the relay.

I would hard wire one in. I've used pool timers can't recall ther brand. Good luck, never skimp or take shortcuts with electrical needs.....
