250 mg niacin flush

ive been taking 2 every 2-3 hours with 2 glasses of water, (also they are time released and they are not the no-flush brand)i have heard good things about niacin im just wondering..how long do i take it prior to the test(wensday) and how many hours is it good for?

Wow, I take this as a prescription for cholesterol. Flushing kind, so I take a night.

Is it supposed to "beat" a test?

well i have talked to a couple of military buddies they take it everytime they come home for leave and then u have the people who say it does not work and is very dangerous; i mean niacin is a vitamin rich in B it makes sense becuase most of the detox drinks are vitamin b supplements; i do not know much of this because ive never had to worry about a drug test before but now i have one and i have been told to take the niacin and wait it out...anyone with further feedback an info please let me know
