40 watt cfl bulbs!

hi im new to the whole indo growing
ive grown outdo before but just cudnt stand the wait =[
and its winter also so it just wont work out
so far all i have is 40 watt cfl bulbs seeds and dirt lol...
i needa know how long to leave the plants under the bulb and id like to know also if a 40 watt will work
ive heard ppl talking about 14 watt cfl bulbs but the lowest i cud find was 40
plz help me!!!

well im not sure what kinda soil im gonna use..
is it really true you can use just plain ol dirt from the back yard???
i didnt know that the higher the better...
all of the spiral energy saving lights are cfl right???
i really hope so because i bought a 40 watt one today...

Check the package or box it came in and it will tell you what it is.

can you buy a cfl light bulb from any store???
hmmm wtf at the bottom it says 9 watt 120v ac...but on the front it says 40 watt...

wow its always good to keep the cans you smoke out of around
there was some bud left on the can i smoked out of 2 weeks ago!

Don't smoke out of cans, bad for your health. . .
I suggest on investing in a 4 pack of the 100w light bulbs, they run at 26w each, or you could go get a few 150w light bulbs but the wattage put out and the wattage used is a much higher ratio on the 150's, I think they run at 40w each or something like that. 4 100w bulbs should be sufficient for what you are doing if you are doing a small closet grow. You can get them for 20 buck tops, generally cheaper, I've seen them for 10 bucks on sale. 2nd is your soil, make sure you buy some organic stuff, spend the money on FoxFarms or try to mix your own(that will save you money rather than the FF) but with organics you don't have to worry about flushing before harvest.

i wouldnt suggest smoking out of anything metal even if its a brass pipe. it just gives the weed a bad taste.

i had a blunt at work and i worked the night shift it was great/horrible
i wanted to pass out but oh well
ive got the right lights and i have an idea on 1 other light/lamp im getting
then all i gotta do is get my seeds from my connec and ittl all be good i hope

2 42 watt cfls are great for a micro grow for a closet grow you will need atleast 6 with a great reflective material around the room.

Go to the "Grow Journals" and read my journal... I use (x2) 42 watt clfs they are perfect for my micro grow and that is only a 17" 15" 14" room with reflective material around the room each 42 watt blub is the eqivilent to 150 watts.
