Hello everyone and welcome to our January Members Update. Happy New Year to you all. Let's all hope that 2021 is better in so many ways for so many people, and that we also continue to see the increased legalisation of both Medical and Recreational Marijuana across the world.
This monthly post is to keep you informed about what's been going on behind the scenes at 420 Magazine during the last few weeks, introducing you to our valued new and renewing sponsors and highlighting our monthly contest winners.
Firstly, may we wish all our members and guests, and their families and friends, health and safety.
We continue to see a big influx of new members. "Welcome!" to you all.
You have joined the friendliest, most mature and comprehensive Cannabis and Hemp website in the world. In return we'd simply ask that you spend a few moments reading our Posting Guidelines. It helps us no end if you can stick to these: it reduces the time we need to spend moderating and advising, allowing us the space to continue maintaining, developing and adding to the website itself.

As we do every month, we'd like to extend our special thanks to those members who take the time and trouble to voluntarily welcome members who introduce themselves. They show and share great 420 Magazine positive vibes. Many of you also help us by reporting spam and other infractions, which is much appreciated as we cannot be everywhere. Your support does not go unnoticed. Thank you all!
We would also like to thank those members who take a moment to report the spammers and spambots, trying to take advantage of 420 Magazine's reach at the expense of our paying sponsors and our members. It's a great help to our busy team when you see and report such activity. Just remember - one report per spammer please. Multiple reports on multiple posts of the same spammer from the same member actually increases our workload in the back. We can quickly find everything we need from a single report.
We always say that we wouldn't be here without our Sponsors, however it's equally true that 420 Magazine wouldn't be such a great mission without you, our members. We are always grateful for your presence, contributions, positive energy and spirit of helping others.
Staff
We have been joined by two new members of staff this month.
We are delighted to welcome Justin Goody, aka 13goody13, to the staff. Justin is currently doing a terrific job, working through the backlog of completed and abandoned Grow Journals, checking them for infractions before moving them into our huge archives, where they will continue to entertain and instruct growers for years to come. It's one of those tasks, invisible to most, yet vital to our mission.
Mr. Sauga also joins the team as a Grow Journalist. Mr. Sauga will be familiar to many of you as a long-term and highly respected member. We are really pleased to have him on board. Look out for his reviews over the coming months.
