You will love the bud genetics, generally two phenos, both awesome. One is fat taller spears, the other more typical GSC. golf balls but bigger. Both are dense an I’m getting strong citrus skunk after a nice cure period. I’m still grabbing bitty buds from my big cure jars and am Very impressed @Weed Seeds Express, thanks again. I have 7 ozs from four plants to jar down into 1/2 ozs with Bovedas this weekend, no telling what I will find in there. I know there are several pretty epic buds. Quality of smoke and high is supreme, mine 100% organic. I just dropped some promising autos for my first LED light grow, now one week in. A flashback pic. Gorgeous! Looks much better than mine but closely resembles my #7 and probably what it could have been. I was struggling with watering habits primarily it seems. Under watering causing multiple droughts over the first half of flower. I also did not prune well to get bigger colas like yours. I wish I would have cloned her. Oh well...next time!A flashback pic. Cheers
Citrus - checkcitrus pine to sweet cookie dough
Amen! I'm so excited to try everything from inside the tent. No pest or disease pressure. Just dumb watering habits. Won't be a huge harvest but if anything else, an amazing learning opportunity. My first indoor grow amongst a plethora of experience and being able to look over the shoulders of everyone involved.better that it was grown organically right here
BakedARea, nice color and frost, terpines should be enjoyable. CheersGorgeous! Looks much better than mine but closely resembles my #7 and probably what it could have been. Bloom Week 9 - #7
Little by little and watching all yalls grows and I'll get some bigger colas in no time. Yes on the terpenes!!! Thanks again. You're plants are goal status plants cr8!BakedARea, nice color and frost, terpines should be enjoyable. Cheers
Speaking of terpenes! I pressed some of the second GSC I harvested. I used about 3/4 of this nug
The bud is so sticky and as I broke it down it was super fruity smelling. It reminds me of fruity pebbles cereal.
This strain really gets a solid rosin flow when pressed and has a lovely color.
Here's another perspective of the color. Freshly collected from the paper onto the mat
And the final score
The rosin has a sweet chocolate fragrance to it and I think that comes through in the flavor of the smoke (vapor). The fruitiness does not seem to transfer and a more chocolate earthy tone emerges when turned to rosin. Anyway, it is a very relaxed high but not sedative. Highly recommend this strain for pressing!
Hi all.
An open question to everyone involved in this project:
Out of everyone who has found different phenotypes expressed in their GSC gardens - has anyone found any difference in effect or experience from use or have the differences all been visual?
TIA
Gorgeous rosin! I bet it was yummy. Some of the stuff that has been drying and ready for cure, already smells so good! Fruity, sweet, earthy, pine, and finally today in one of the jars I got a hint of cookie dough!Speaking of terpenes! I pressed some of the second GSC I harvested. I used about 3/4 of this nug

I think that mine are quite similar in effect despite being very different in appearance. I get a warm and smug feeling which eventually leads to sleep if I push it. It's actually quite energetic in a relaxed sort of way. I have managed to get out on some walks (minus the kids) to test it out and have had plenty of energy to navigate the rolling hills and steep valleys. Great dream like feeling but still able power walk much of the way. It really hits me in the face though and the missus says I look like an orange Santa Claus when I use it lol. She says I look jolly and fatter?Hi all.

DonkeyDick, I will be back on this…I’m still smoking the small frosty buds, 1/4 oz each on two different phenos, after jarring down the cured harvest into 1/2 ozs for longer cure. The frosty lighter green buds are dough citrus skunk and are a bit more sativa forward. The smoke is flavorful and very mild and potent. The second pheno is tinted purple, more so in the big buds and equally frosty. The smoke is a little heavier and more skunky pine. That pheno smells like aged cheddar, a first for me growing and never smelled anything like it. The effect is more indica leaning and can put you down if you go all day. All buds were carefully cured, no mold or other issues, just a weird expression. That leaves two more phenos in 1/2 oz jars to test at some point. One is red and I think the other is heavier purple. Both phenos will spark an appetite, a necessity. CheersHi all.
