Sprouted seeds planted in rockwool jan 03, 2021

Moving rockwool to buckets today. Jan. 31, 2021

Hopefully I didn't wait too long. Wanted to start with all new hose and buckets and am a bit behind.

I will attach pics once finished setting up

Cheers

Hi,

Thanks for the welcome.
Couple of edits...
Light is Led
Strain not gorilla glue but is gorilla cookies autoflower

Pictures included of set up.
Looking forward to less trimming with the autoflower

Happy with the new set up. Last crop had line up the middle and buckets branching off there. I've also added valves to each bucket to easily shut down one bucket to remove or add to the system.

This is my 3rd hydroponic crop. Had one soil crop previously.

More hours you mean? Closer?

I have more seeds to sprout. I was thinking once sprouted to put the sprouts and rockwool directly into the pots and skip the dome?

23 Celsius at the moment. Its a really cold week outside here. -45 with wind chill. I may need to get them off the floor a bit. Its cement floor with thin laminate

I ask because I had really stunted growth on a couple of autos last winter.

My current grows were very slow to get going once in the reservoirs, and probably would have died if I hadnt turned up the heat in the tent (a lot) and heated the 100l reservoirs too.

I am growing in a garage and its hovering around freezing here in the UK.

The flowering so early is a new one for me.

Last winter I took one auto to a whole 3 inches tall at harvest , with only one cola to add insult to injury, I haven't seen any flower as quickly as yours...

Wow, those are VERY cold temps! I would definitely get them off the floor. I am in Utah, chilly but not cold compared to you. I use pallets scavenged from the local grocery store to get my ladies off my cold cement floor. The under pot circulation is key for your wet dry cycle. You will get root rot on cold floors!

Sprouts almost ready to plant in rockwool. Any thoughts on putting the rockwool into the baskets right away and skipping the dome cover?

I have Styrofoam insulation under buckets now and I have a humidifier I can put in the room

Update /restart

So 2 of the seedlings went straight to flower, and one full of bananas. That left one gorilla cookies seedlings. I put foam underneath the buckets, left the one seedling and sprouting new seeds.

I now have 1 gorilla cookies autoflower from January.

I sprouted my last gc and 3 new auto 996.

I just tucked one of the new seedlings in same pot as the one leftover.

I skipped the dome thing this time and put the sprouts into rockwool and straight to buckets. They didn't shrivel up and die. Woohoo.

Perhaps I was too gentle though and didn't push them low enough as the rockwool seems to be turning green.

Update:
These pics from. Mar. 17

2 of the seedlings had bananas so I ditched them. Hopefully soon enough.

I've been so busy at work, room has been a bit neglected.

I haven't added much in the way of nutrients but it appears I may have burnt them anyway. Or am I wrong and these are malnourished?

Ph was around 6. Ppm was at only 400-600.
