Hey @irie lion ... I felt the two Bakerstreets had a lot of new growth, so I raised the light to 53 cm (21") above canopy to promote a bit of stretch in the branches. I am pretty sure doing this will make LST a lot easier.Seems they're picking up speed now @SQl2kGuy
Hey @Jdeck ... perfect timing! I was looking forward to reading some grow journals with environmental characteristics similar to mine. I am also hoping to pick up some more tips on LST this weekend, because I just did LST for the first time today.Awesome journal @SQl2kGuy. Your pics are excellent. I’m growing autos in 5 gallon fabric with ffof. I’m using their trio tho. I’ll follow along. Happy growing, Cheers!!!
I just started quad lining this grow. I tend to get lazy and my lst gets sloppy and tangled. I definitely will cut perlite in when I start more autos in a month or so. The ffof does tend to get compacted . I am quite pleased with the growth using 5 gallon vs 3 gallon.Hey @Jdeck ... perfect timing! Hey @Jdeck ... I appreciate the feedback. I am thinking about using a mix of FFOF (Ocean Forest), FFHF (Happy Frog) and perlite next time if I stick with soil. I don't have any experience with 3 gallon containers yet, ... but from what I am seeing with the autoflowers I am growing, a 5 gallon cloth container seems great for buffering nutrients, aeration, drainage, and LST techniques.I just started quad lining this grow.
