ppm, res temp, environmental temp, distance to light, age since germination, nutes added, water source. Just a few of the things that are needed to make a judgement on what is wrong.

it looks over watered and maybe try bringing up the ph to 6. more stable. imo hydro is mad work... im all soil

i don't like rockwool or any other wool,,,, it holds water a VERY long time... they look over watered to me also,,, good luck to ya.........
