Welcome to the BatCave and to the HPS version of my perpetual grow. I have been growing successfully with LED's for the last year, HPS the year before that. I started up my 250HPS with my LED's when I switched to a much larger tent than I have been using, mostly to keep the tent in the 70's. My original tent was a 4x2x5 which is now my veg tent, flowering tent is 3x4x7.5, was suppose to be a 3x3x6.5 but I am not complaining

Veg area in the spare bathroom:
4x2x5 tent
180w Hydroponics Hut 180w LED, only using the veg switch
Smart Pots, Roots Organics Pots, and grow bags, all in 1/2, 1, 2, & 3 gal.
6" clip-on fan
105cfm fan with 4" OdorSok. Only needed when I dry in it.
Veg nutes: Age Old Organics Grow, Fox Farm Big Bloom, liquid seaweed.
Soil: 50% Fox Farm Ocean Forest, 25% Fox Farm Light Warrior, and 25% Perlite .
Flowering tent in the BatCave:
3x4x7.5 tent
400w Dimmable HPS in a cooltube
2x 6" Clip-on fans
9" fan on the floor
6" 440cfm fan with matching filter venting into the attic
4ft light mover with a 30sec. pause at each end, only moves 18" and covers everything at 6" to 8" above the tops
Flower nutes: Age Old Organics Bloom, Snowstorm, Big Bud, EJ Microblast, CalMag+, liquid seaweed, and Green Fuse. Of course different ratios at different times, all depends on what my girls tell me they need
Soil: Plants are upped to the next size pot 7 days before flowering into a 50% FFOF and 50% FF Light Warrior mix, and powered lime. First flower nutes regiment starts at day 21 of 12/12
I have just left the 400w hps "Super Lumens" switched on the whole time, it does increase the brightness slightly but I don't know how many extra lumens are being produced. My Kill-A-Watt meter shows it draw an extra 74w.
I am sure I have left a few things out, feel free to ask any questions.

In the tent I have my Female Seeds Northern Lights mom, Dutch Passion Brainstorm mom (originally Hempstar), TGA SubCool 3rd Dimension fast lemon sativa pheno mom, and a couple of their clones. Tent runs 20/4 light schedule.
My most recent additions are Next Generations NYPD (New York Purple Diesel), and Eva Seeds TNT Kush both at 2 days old
Flowering tent runs 5 to 6 plants at a time. Current occupants are 3rd Dimension, Brainstorm, NL, and a special cross of Blue Widow x 3rd Dimension (5th Dimension?). Most are spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart.
