600W LED veg and bloom or just bloom during flowering

2nd week of flowering thoughts should I run Veg and Bloom lights or just Bloom 1st time grower here just want what's best for my girls.....here they are light is about a foot above the girl on the right...

I'm going to say give them everything that light can provide. I would also raise that shorter girl up even with the top of the other so she can see the light.
