72 hours light pre harvest

Bruce Bugbee records to try 48hours of light with cooler Temps as you need light to produce trichomes.
He records that it's not the dark circle that produces thc production in your trichomes which are made with the help of light but cooling leading to stress .

He the 3rd person Iv heard mention 48 hours of light to increase trichomes production

First, welcome to the forum, you should know that this is a 4 year old post. The reason for the dark period before harvest is to increase the terpene levels, as they volatilize in light/heat. While you MIGHT, get a little more THC with 48-72 hours of light, you'll sacrifice a lot of terpenes.

IMO if the terps are that fragile inside of the trichome they will never make it through harvest...I can't harvest in the dark.
