8 Sister-Wives 2020: Outdoor Edition

Hello everyone & anyone, Il start off by saying this is more of a note-pad, than journal.
Some of you may have seen my name around in threads recently, so I wanted a place to share my 2020 outdoor grow, or atleast the end of it
*mods feel free to move this thread if necessary

It's a little too late in my grow to start a journal, and by a little I mean a lot.
Alot of my plants have different soil mixtures, and I cant remember which plants I used what for.
Initially I bought 4 clones, 2 Bluedream and 2 Gelato. My friend started them for me indoors (tent conditions not sure of) and I placed them outside once the nice weather came. They are the only plants I have that are topped.
I have 8 Ladies all together.
We had purchased seeds aswell, and planted 2 of them. 1 God Bud, and 1 Granddaddy Purp.
A few weeks later, me and the wife came home to a clone on our back porch. A gift from her friend. Strain is Chocolata.
At this point, I am already in over my head.
A week passes, and one of my friends unexpectedly stops by with a clone, hes too full. So ofcourse, I took in the stray, 1 Gorilla Glue.
Now I was in way over my head.
I battled with rootbound plants, and had to do quite a bit of transplanting as time went on, other than that things went pretty smoothly.
The only other real issue ive had is PM, on my God Bud and Chocolata. I have more details on that in my thread titled "Mildew" if youd like to check it out.
I threw just about everything I could at it. Heavy trimming, ACV+Water, Milk+water and still wasnt happy with the results. Have since switched to hydrogen peroxide and water and am very pleased with the results.

I will be posting all of my pictures etc here, anyone can feel free to stop in, ask questions, etc or tag along for the rest of the grow!
Thanks!

*Pictures posted above, and below were all taken today 09/28*

Im sure you can tell by looking at some of the pictures, that I may have chosen "favourites" in that these favourites of the sister-wives are more looked after and loved, and the other couple I more or less just play with when bored

In all seriousness, I have forsure chosen favourites. It's mostly my Gelato im not a fan of.

Most of my ladies are in plastic pots, 2 are in plastic containers, and 2 are in a raised garden.

Theyre fed 2ml/L of Advanced Nutrients Big Bud twice a week usually and BudJuice once a week, plain water in between. Thats it thats all. The wife wasnt willing to drop too much money before figuring out what were actually doing, and properly. Once we get an inside setup going, wel be doing things more correctly. Right now, were just rolling with what weve got!

Heres some close up shots of a few the ladies!

Great job. Your girls all look very healthy.
Have you figured out your drying / curing method ?
Not far away :goodluck:

Well, we went shopping for Mason Jars the other day, but it seems as if everyone has the same idea so it looks like im going to be using 5 gallon buckets to cure. The drying side, weve got a couple options but ultimately havent made a decision yet.

It's been pretty overcast and cool here today in Niagara, Ontario Canada
High of only 18, and dropping.
The Ladies are going to get a small feeding, before a couple days of crappy weather. Ive got a few ideas up my sleave to keep atleast some of them dry.
Hope everyone else is having nicer weather!

I did a tarp tent and an electric heater one night in April for my tomato plants

Oh man haha, no kidding!
Macgyver over here.
Ive got a giant tree that hangs into my yard, im thinking about stashing a few underneath. Id like to put a couple on my porch but, I have my motion light set so sensitive, and I dont want to turn it off right now obviously due to douchebags... GROW YOUR OWN DAMN DOPE!
Looking like il have to make some last minute space in my shed, even though I really dont want them in there.

Well your girls are dry. Good move.

My biggest concern is chocolata, ive been battling mildew on her. Thankfully the wind has been blowing strong, drying her out a bit hopefully. A little more rain tonight, followed by a bit of sunshine tomorrow. More rain friday and saturday, il be checking her trichs tomorrow and making a very executive decision. I cant battle mildew while its being rained on, and I dont want to risk losing the plant to bud rot. So wel see how close we are tomorrow, who knows maybe il leave it and risk it for the biscuit. Will know tomorrow

Well in other news, I ordered one of those magnifiers that clips onto your phone a few days ago and it showed up this eve, spent a couple minutes trying to figure it out, think I got it. Heres a shot of one of my Gelatos since theyre here on the porch anyways. Still a long ways to go.

Hard decisions like that are a bitch. Cut a bud aNd do a quick dry to see how she smokes ?

Yea the pistils look pretty white and the trichs starting to look cloudy.
Man you have 3 to 4 weeks maybe ?
Do you have a garage ? Or a basement ?

I see a shed in one photo .
Can u set it up to finish ?

Yeah im sure I probably could
Im going to ride it outside as long as I can though.
Weather is suppost to turn around come next week.
The 2 Gelatos are the only ones really lagging, my granddaddy purp, gorilla glue, and chocolata are very close. Blue dream close behind.

Well, with more rain on the way this evening/tonight, and tomorrow... I cleaned up the shed so I could fit all 6 plants that are potted/containers, into my shed and jerry rigged up a regular household light, 3 LED bulbs.
It aint much, but its honest work.
Atleast now if need be I can rip them in there in the morning etc, and flick the light on and keep them out of the rain and shitty weather.
God Bud and Chocolata all by themselves out there now, hopefully Saturday they can be a family again lol
Gonna go check out Chocolatas trichs, see how close we are.

Welp,
I checked trichs on all of my near plants.
Granddaddy purp will be taken tonight or tomorrow.
Gorilla glue, I may leave for a couple more days but shes ready.
Chocolata will probably be harvested tomorrow eve after the day of sunshine, followed by a budwash.
The 2 blue dreams, the 2 gelatos, and my godbud, will need some more time.
I will post a few pics of the plants a little later on!

Chocolata is ready to be taken down, aswell as my Granddaddy purp... BUT.
These two plants need to be budwashed with H202, for PM
I went to 4 different stores today, and everywhere is sold out. Everywhere.
Not sure what Im going to do, had planned on taking them this evening. Doesnt look like that will be happen now, especially considering the wife had to go to work this eve, so now im out of time to shop for it.
The level of frustration I tell you, its real.

Im considering taking the Chocolata anyways, hang it for the night, and budwash it tomorrow. The purp is back in the shed, so not a huge issue for that plant.
What would be worse, having it outside in another night of rain?
Or cropping it, and not washing until the next day? HELP PLEASE.
