I am unsure of which AJI. I joined a pepper forum a few years ago and one of the well known members sent me a care package.

So this is what I have got started for my garden this year
21 different types of peppers
12 are hot ones , 6 different types of jalapenos 9 different bell or sweet peppers and 11 different tomatoes
Gonna be a salsa party in the fall

Hmmm Pepperhead. Aptly named handle. Like what you are doing there. If you get overwhelmed with the salsa making just hang them to dry.

I have: AJI, Sadabahar, CGN 21500, Ghost, Stinger, Brown Moruga, Jalapeno, Brown Ghost (Choc Jolokia)

Also have Ghost powder and dried sliced pods.
