adding air to water before watering.(whit airpump)

I'm making automated watering system and I think to buy ACO-9601 air pump to my water tank.
I'm growing whit soil and thinking if I blow air in the water tank before I start watering my plants does this will help me plant root system and grow whit better results? Does this gives me better results?

It really won't do anything but add to your electric bill.

I've been using a fish tank pump in a bucket prior to watering my soil-less mix. I can't say I see any benefits although if you have chlorine issues, it has got to help.

i grow in soil and i keep my water oxygenated with a pump constantly.. not sure that it helps but i do it..i mean what does a small air pump cost to run ? cant be that much BUT it does all add up in the end !
