Advice constant 12/12 light clycle in Thailand

Hi all I am fairly new to growing and where I live in Thailand the light clycle is always 12/12 give or take. I am growing outdoors as weather here is perfect for it (CHOCOLOPE AND OG KUSH). What will happen if I plant seedlings outside in this light cycle? The reason I ask is that all information states that at the beginning I should be givng my seedlings 18 hours of light for aout two-three weeks then adjust them to the suns rays for about a week.
Any advice will e greatly appricated

if the plant is getting 12 hours of darkness it will flower. I have never done it straight from seed but try it out it might be getting enough light to veg, and you may have to cover it to get a true 12 hours of darkness. It may go the other way and go straight to flower though, in which case it will be a small yield.

if you're getting constant 12/12 then you're not in Thailand.

There's still an annual fluctuation in daylight hours even in the southernmost provinces. Also, you may find that it starts to flower regardless, when it gets two or three months old.
