Very easily done. The aeroponic set up will have some sort of collar that keeps the clones from falling into the solution. Once roots form remove the clone from the aeroponic set up and carefully place the clones (roots first) into a container with a good potting soil. Pre dig a small hole and set the clone into the hole carefully pushing the soil around the clones. Be careful! The roots are very delicate at this point and will break off very easily. DO NOT pack the soil too hard.

I have done this with a homemade aerocloner (good ole tuperware). Make sure your cuttings have enough roots to make it in soil, but make sure you can get the roots through the aerocloner hole.

I was coming on to ask this exact question and it was the first thing I found. You guys rock!!
make sure the soil is warm enough. planting into fresh watered down soil maybe a little cold also helps prevent any unwanted stress.
