Nute/Water splash or general over-feeding??
Hard to indentify in that YELLOW light! Can you move the plant out into natural light and take some additional photos?
Could possibly be a magnesium difficiency, but again, can't be sure without seeing plant in natural light.

i would agree with a little bit of over nute, but more likely its a Ph problem where has your bucket been sitting Ph wise and how much drift have you been seeing lately?
