Air cooling for the HPS light

1000 watter is gonna cook that room. You'll have to get an air cooled hood to keep the temps in line. Or supply A/C to the space.

hydrofarm has them. 150 to 250 for hood/ballast 40-80 for squirrel cage fan and depends on bulb for price. some hoods come with bulbs. shop around. maybe look for a hydro shop in your area.

i'm getting a 6" inline fan along with the hood.... will this fan provide the adequate vandilation for the room as well as cooling it off?

The inline fan will only cool your hood. You should have another cooling system for the actual room.
