Yikes! Tell us everything you can about your setup...temps, humidity, nutrients used, PH, EC/PPM, pest management, how close are the lights, everything.
Nice lights BTW! My local shop was just showing off his latest arrival of the gavita LEDs and they were gorgeous.
Looks like you have some rockwool cubes...
I went through a similar situation last time i tried hydroponics. Was kicking ass in veg, went into bloom kicking ass...got a little too confident and cranked up my bloom nutes and this sort of thing happened. Maybe flush ASAP
