another newbie question for the pro's

can I hook up my carbon filter duct to light hood...duct to outside of tent and hook up my big suction fan and the vent...all in line at once with fan on the outside of tent?

I would think you can put the fan wherever you want as long as its pulling heat out. I have mine on the inside and my filter on the outside

Don't see why not, do you want to so that to save space?

I would make sure the duct is sealed up well so it does suck unfiltered air out other then that you'll be fine.
