Any advice for my sad St Maria?

Started this sad girl in a glass, thought I would get her moved into a pot the next day.... I didnt.
She spent too long in the glass, shes roughly 1/5 the size of her sisters planted the same day.
Not surprising since her roots were exposed to light and she had an extra transplant.
However, she had the healthiest looking leaves of the bunch until i got home from work today.

It looks to me like the top leaves are sunburned but Im wrong more often than not.

Any advice on what to give her is much appreciated. I have most fox farm products and the strain is Santa Maria/Planck

Fox Farm trio, and Bembe. And Ive given less than the recommended because she is so stunted.

I have PHd the water going in ro 6.2 but I dont have a ph tester for soil yet

The way the plant is fading and it even looks like it is fading evenly with some purple revealing says there is nothing wrong but it has run out of available nutrients your starving it as if you were flushing at the end of the grow which we no longer do due to science.

Yes it sounds like it’s under fed.

She got stunted from not feeding enough to begin with then you fed her less than the recommended which starved her further.

If you feed her full strength Tiger Bloom she will look better in a few hours as she will take it up immediately and color will look better with more green over night.
