Any recomends for strains outdoor at 45north

hey folks, growing for a sick buddy with no facilities to grow. i have plenty of experience but finishing a plant at my latitude (pdx) was never an issue. his present condition calls for potent smoke. Sooo i need to make sure this summers crop is done before the monsoon season. like to hear from anybody with good tips, especially some locals. thanks, 420summers

agree with bucktoothal indicas all the way..whats the elv:?kush are indicas that were developed in the hindu-kush vally that streches through northern afghanistan,pakistan and inda..dont know if that helps but there it is for what its worth
