Anybody have experience with compost starters in tea

I've got this jobes organic compost starter with a ton of rare microbes and I'm hoping to be able to introduce some I couldn't find anywhere else...but some species could be bad so if anyone knows please lmk!!!

So I looked at my bacterias and I use all but the first 3 and the right side I use all but the Archaea, I googled the use of the rest and found a 420 source recommending the others

Bacteria (CFU’s / gram.): Contains 27.8 colony forming units (CFU’s) of each: Arthrobacter globiformis, Arthrobacter simplex, Azotobacter chroococcum, Azotobacter paspali, Azosprillum lipoferum, Streptomyces griseoflavis, and Pseudomonas fluorescens."
