Anyone growing Gelato?

I am aware of pre flower, its not just one or two pistils, this is full on flower, the pistils are everywhere.

That's wild. I've got 6 strains under the sun, and none are in bloom yet. They're mostly indica dominant.

All depends on genetics i guess. I know of 4 other growers in my immediate area, and they are in full flower mode as well. Now i do have 2 cbd plants at another location, same conditions and no pre flowers yet.

43 degrees North here. My Blue Cheese has shifted to flower, and my other two are in the stretch. The growers around here mostly see their plants shift to flowering around now.

Day 26 since pistils appeared. Packing on some weight now, but still no trichs.

Is this normal for this strain?

Judging from your pic you're at the same point I am. I don't have trichs yet either, but I'm expecting them to show up in a week or two, based on last year.

Thanks I appreciate the advice I hope it goes well. The weird thing is that it looks nothing like the other 11 growing.

CKS Gelato starting week 8.

Feeding GP Medi One, stacked with GP Massive Bloom 123, topped with AN Overdrive. Feeding every 3-4 days. Packing on some good weight. Pheno 1 is 6’4”, pheno 2 is 7’. Looks like i am still 2-3 weeks from staggered harvest. Cant wait for this one, real eager to try out the Gelato Strain.

I got Auto Gelato ...wasn’t all that happy with it, and I’m not an auto fan. Smoke was good but very low production plus erratic. One or two produce what you migh expect..then all the other 4 next to them..small buds and popcorn.
