Are feeding schedules in FAQ above already reduced? And when to start w/ PromixHP?

Hey all!

I am using Promix HP and will be follwing the feeding schedule for Botanicare in the FAQ above... Here it is:


Week 1: 7ml PBP Grow + 5ml Liquid Karma
Week 2: 15ml PBP Grow + 6ml Cal Mag Plus + 10ml Liquid Karma
Week 3 &4: 25ml PBP Grow + 7ml Cal Mag Plus + 10ml Liquid Karma
Week before 12/12: 15ml PBP Grow + 15ml PBP Flower (soil formula) + 7ml Cal Mag + 10ml Liquid Karma
Week 1 of 12/12 : 25ml PBP Bloom + 7ml Cal Mag Plus + 10ml Liquid Karma
Week 2&3: 30ml PBP Bloom + 7ml Cal Mag Plus + 10ml Karma
Week 4: 20ml PBP Bloom + 10mg PBP Grow + 7ml Cal Mag Plus + 10ml Karma
Week 5 &6: 30ml PBP Bloom + 7ml Cal Mag Plus + 10ml Karma
Week before flush: 15 ml PBP Bloom + 6ml Cal Mag Plus + 6ml Karma

2 questions:

1. Everyone says to start feeding at 1/3 (or so) of recommended....I'm assuming that the above schedule already is 'reduced' and I can go with the actual measurements listed?

2. If I am using Promix HP, when should I start feeding? (I am somewhat unsure since Promix hasn't any nutrients...I know the seed can get by without, but wanted opinions as to when one should start 'week 1' above when using this medium)
