These are my first ever plants which i have been growing for almost a month now and im thinking about getting them on a 10/14 or 11/13 schedule.These are grown from seeds which i found in a weed i bought. I dont know anything about them so if anyone can guess what sort or type they are. Are they doing good for 29 days old and if change the light schedule tommow when should i expect to get a harvest and how much should i expect from the plants combined?

How long have they been in veg?
I thought you were going to wrap those clear pots? Roots don't like light

Well they are 29 days old so I would say for about 21 days. Veg starts after the second pair of leaves has grown if I not mistaken.

They arent wrapped because i moved them to 5 gallon pots yesterdayI thought you were going to wrap those clear pots? Roots don't like light
Let them settle into the 5 gal pots. You've got some leaf material there that'll drive root production. I'd be patient and let those roots spread out and get strong.
Looks like space is going to be an issue so I'd top and trim lower growth.
And be patient. Starve them of water....
