I have this plant that was supposed to be a fem strain looks like it's going into flower on it's on. I moved the lights from 18 to 16 because I will be moving into flower in a week or so. I topped this plant about 10 days ago. It's seems to be an auto I have another plant that doesn't look as bad but I'm seeing white hairs in the center of the groth.
Are these flowers?

those are not flowers... keep vegging... this plant is not mature yet and will not flower for a few weeks

You know what guys it's not flowers I'm really baked and I just got a new thousand watt LED light and it makes it look a little bit different.
