Are they where they should be?

Hey guys

This is my first grow.
I'm growing from bag seeds under:
Lights: (4) 17 watt flurous 18/6
Soil: Miracle-Gro Organic Choice (.10 .05 .05) mixed with Miracle Gro Sphagnum Peat Moss (.05 .02 .04) and Pearlite

The plants are about 4 weeks old....Do they look like they are where they should be at this point? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I plan on moving them outside in about a month. I'm away at college right now so I'll transplant them outside once the semester ends

if the pots you used were plastic i wouldnt risk taking them out of the pot..due to shock when replanting outside...just cut the botton of the pot away and dig a hole and put the pot in the ground..the roots will work their way into the ground under the pot and you wont risk loosing roots or putting your plants into shock
