I have "Organic Mix" an all purpose potting soil and enriched with organic fertilizer. Do I need anything else pertaining to the ground works if you will? I have three week and a half old plants that I only used tap water with that was boiled and sat out for 48hrs. Plants are in a cup 3times bigger than a "dixi cup".My lamp pumps out maybe 120watts i know i need upgrades just not sure what exactly that won't cost an arm and a leg. hopefully i can get everything from walmart and or home depot let me knw if possible.

Your going to need more light and your going to have to transplant real soon.

Your gonna need to feed them nutrients containing nitrogen once they are two weeks old.
