Australian Energy Healer Accused Of $2 Million Dope Crop

A self-proclaimed energy healer Gilla Mogilevsky, 53, and her sons Uri, Roni and Aitan,are accused of cultivating a $2 million indoor hydroponic system and a 1000 plant cannabis crop.

Gilla Mogilevsky sat silently in Sydney's Central Local Court today as Magistrate Paul Lyon continued her $50,000 bail and adjourned the case for a committal hearing on May 21, Gilla Mogilevsky's sons, who are all in custody, had their cases adjourned until Tuesday next week, when they will appear from jail via an audio visual link.

All four, who are yet to enter pleas, are all charged with one count of cultivating a commercial supply of cannabis "by enhanced indoor means".

Gilla Mogilevsky, who describes herself as an energy healer and devotee of Kabbalah - a religious mystical system of Judaism claiming insight into divine nature - faces an added accusation of dealing with property, suspected of being proceeds of crime.
