Might want to flush it and give it a little aloe vera water.

If it actually works, probably 24 to 48 hours.
Hard to say, but it will show mostly in new growth, leaves that were badly affected wont recover.

Can someone tell me why the leaves are turning yellowish? Its mostly the new leaves that are affected

Two things. First is that new growth is often lighter than old growth. Second is that the last gallon of your flush needs to have nutes in it or you're starving your plant.

Day 44, flushed the girls today and also installed my hps light, what do you think about both led and hps?

Think coco users have to flush once a week to prevent salt buildup

Never heard that. I'd feed to runoff every time unless the plant shows you otherwise. No reason to starve a flowering plant.

New update with the girls - status is Chanel got a, what i would call a moderate light burn as the LED and HPS was 37cm above the canopy there are also more trichomes on the lower buds. I didnt’t think they would stretch this much haha.
Also they will need some calcium obviously, will buy soon.
