Auto White Diesel Haze - 250W HPS

I put the seeds straight in and coverd in cling film as suggested and my seeds were up within two days. Unfortunately one got caught in the shell and died on me.
The other however continued to drink up the water but did not grow up much. I am on day 14 out the ground now and just seems my grow is going quite a lot slower than other journals I've read. She is growing new stem and leaves now. Does this sometimes happen? Struggling to upload pics but I will put some up soon.
