Hello everyone. I was wondering if you all would be able to answer a question for me. I have Earth Juice molasses for plants. What stage of an autos life would you recommend giving this?

I feed mine sugars/carbs about every week throughout their lives and usually a little heavier in flower I use raw unfiltered honey. But sugars help in all stages and also helps the bacteria and fungi in your soil just dont go overboard
