Rocky Morrison has pulled trash from rivers for about six years but this has been the first time he discovered pot during a cleanup.

The marijuana was stuffed in a plastic bag floating in the Shawseen River in Lawrence, Mass. Morrison said this is an "unusual" finding.

According to police Chief John Romero, some of the pot, which weighed about two pounds, was "still in plant form" and some of it was intended to be used for street sale. The value was estimated at $2,000.
