Ballast question

Hey guys

So i brought this ballast second hand with a adjusta wing reflector and 400w HPS bulb im just wondering i searched the input volts on the internet and it aparently says i can run 400 and 600w just wondering if anyone out there has the same ballast or knows the answer

weigh it.. if it weighs 2.7 kg than it its a 400watt only ballast ... if it weighs 3.7 kg it is a 600w only ballast.

it's says 400w checked marked on the ballast? So I don't see how it can run a 600w? If it was a 600w it would be marked.

lol.. i looked on their web site and it gave the weight of the ballast. yes its already checked as a 400w thats the obvious.. 209 did you research or just state the obvious?? i gave him a way to see what ballast it was as per their web site...dont knock info you yourself havent checked out.
