It's a good idea to mix it with a fork or a whisk as it cools down to keep everything in suspension, so you got it exactly right. I just prefer to stay indoors .

I noticed a lot of sediment at the bottom of the jar and it makes me wonder if the good stuff was settling on the bottom as well?? So when I melted it to add the Shea butter, I only nuked it for about 20 seconds, then I took it outside in the cold to setup quicker while I slowly mixed it up.
