Brand new grower and poster so bear with me.

16 plants from clones from a friend.
drip in rockwool
Inovating Plant products are the nutes
Already in flower(i hope)
1000 watt HPS
temp 78 with light on 72 off
air cooled
think they are purple kush
12/12 lighting now was 24 for veg
rh 42%
ph 5.6
watering twice a day,1st at lights on and 10 mins before lights off


As soon as I read the phots tutorial I will post a couple pics and ask some questions. Tons of great info on here and seems to be alot of great people as well. Looking forward to becoming a part of the community.

I am on day 19 and everytime I think flowering will start they turn out to be more leaves.
On day 15 I went dark for 26 hrs then to 12/12 and changed to Ultimate bloom A & B.
Last 2 days I have seen some of the leaves starting to curl and not sure why.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Friend is going to help me trim tomorrow.

Day 19 of flowering? Is it showing any signs of sex? Since you said its a clone I am assuming female and you should atleast see pistils by now at the nodes. As for the tips it looks like the very top only? Is the light to close to plants? If not what ppm is the water at? Looks like it could be nute burn.

Day 5 of flowering. 15 in veg. Plants are from 18"-25" tall.
Yes I see pistils on all of them. The light is a lil over 2' from the plants and the ppm is 700.
I'm not in panic mode yet but can only move the light up about another foot.
Didn't actually expect all 16 to survive my first try so will space differently with the next batch.

Day 6 of flower. More pistils showing up but not much else.
Thinning them out and started a batch of clones.
No pics cause wife left camera at work to show everybody our
new grandaughter.

Renos and growing don't mix. Lost my calendar.
Day 8 of flower and not much to showing yet. Lots of pistils
in lots of places so they are coming. Hopefully get the camera back
tomorrow so people can have a look and tell me if there seems to be
anything off. Babies are happy in day 3 and gonna get first 25% mix
of nutes tonight.

Should they be thinned even more or look good?

Heres the leaf curl I'm hoping for some info on.

With as close together as those are, I would say some defoliation is in order at least with the larger fan leaves, but don't overdo it. They're still a little young for a complete defoliation.

I can't really tell what that is... Nute burn comes to mind, but that's not it. How High is your HPS light?

Welcome PoohBurr. Have ? for anybody that may pop in.
Decided my lighting schedule wasn't working for me (I know not the best time to figure that out).
Last night I went dark after only a couple hours of light then turned em back on 12 hours
later. Have I made a huge mistake or not a big deal?
