Bee pollen as nutrient

I was wondering if be pollen would be good as a nutrient?

or to replace molasses

My stoner vegetarian brother used to feed bee pollen to his dog for its arthritis. I think it helped the dog about as much as it will help your plant, which would rather have mineral salts for breakfast. Molasses goes on your oatmeal.
