Best LEDs for growing in a PC case

What is the best led to use on a pc case that doesnt consume much electricity for growing ?

Is a Led 5050 Light strip 5meters / 35 watts, 60led/m, dc 12v good for this ?

Welcome to the forum! How big is the case, (LWH)? just out of curiosity, why would you use a PC case? Unless you get them free or have an extra, for the money they cost you could get a decent tent. 35 watts is about enough for one sq ft, but I have no idea what kind of spectrum the strip throws. It could be fine, or it could be the "wrong" light spectrum(s).
