Best Lighting for Seedlings

What are the best lights to use for seedlings? I have a small grow cupboard where I'm using a 250w cfl (blue for veg & then I replace the blue bulb with a 250w cfl red for flowering) but I need some lights for my seedlings....any advice would be gratefully accepted. Thanks

Blue CFLs work well for seedlings, as long as it doesn't get too hot in your cupboard

Thankyou! I want to set up a separate area for seedlings so I can get them going while others are flowering......I'll get another blue cfl. x
