Best method for greenhouse growing? SOG or ?

I have a large hydroponic greenhouse and am setting up my first grow. I have black out curtains and supplemental lighting. To maximize my annual yield should I go SOG with more but smaller plants or go with fewer larger plants ? Any advice would be appreciated

I always go for large plants outdoors, you can start indoors then go out if you'd like.

Smart Pots, great soil, some awesome compost tea and a great environment in the greenhouse and you'll be getting monsters
