BHO Help!

So i did a couple nug runs with purtaine. Its butane but with zero impurities. My shatter came out great but my qustion is else where. I used Pyrex and collected as much as possable. I put it on a oil slick pad to dry. But the left over shatter on the Pan. Can i simmer some butter in the same pan to get what i wasn't able to collect. If not what would you recommend to collect what i already couldnt. Thanks for your help happy hemping
