Black spots on leaves

hello everyone
I have 4 plants that I have been growing for about 3 months now, and about a week ago these black, and red beatles/bugs (don't really know what to call them) have been all over my plants. When they started appearing so did these small black dots, all over the leaves.
What should I do to save my babies
what are these black spots?

Sounds like spire mites.

nope they aren't lady bugs, just these weird lil bugs

Sounds like mites to me....Try some neam oil, it will get rid of them.
